The partners have a common background as
in-house counsels and similar philosophy towards service to
clients.
The extensive direct business experience of the partners is
still determining in the underlying style of legal advice they
provide :
to
be close to the clients,
to help them clarify
their position and,
to move forward.
Contracts should not be primarily meant defensively, as
potential conflict instruments, but positively, as planning
instruments meant to clarify the parties' relationships. In this
respect, the personal business experience of the partners allows
them often to bring in inputs in connection with material aspects.
Conflicts shall be managed as business problems. Priority is given
to the finding of solutions aiming at clearing the way as
effectively and quickly as possible to move on with other business
instead of investing costs, time and money in long and frustrating
litigation.
The partners are all used to acting in an international
environment. They are in a position to assist clients in
connection with multi-jurisdictional issues, acting as
coordinators.
